BPM Event #6 Recap: Mastering Global Horizons at HelloFresh and next event 05.03 at Spiced Academy
Let’s recap our last event and announce our exciting partnerships and upcoming product events.
This monthly newsletter from berlin product managers is brought to you by Orb, HelloFresh, Lenny’s Newsletter, Jam, and CoHorts from BPM.
Hello BPM Community!
We’re excited to announce we’ve set a record attendance of 135 people at our #06 event: “Mastering global horizons” event at the HelloFresh HQ in Kreuzberg! We were so impressed with the amount of new guests joining us, including repeat community members who have joined us for almost every single monthly meetup we’ve hosted since last autumn! Our amazing photographer, Arundhati Shenoy, captured the best moments of it. Here’s a short recap on our event last week.
The berlin product managers events slowly start to become my favorite meetups in Berlin. The quality of content and the awesomeness of people attending is just through the roof of the Fernsehturm!
This time the #bpm community was invited to HelloFresh’s Berlin Offices (real nice place you got there!) to get a glimpse into the model behind Matteo Stifanelli’s success scaling Airbnb and Taxfix in the Italian market and got some awesome insights from Satyesh Jha about what's important product info when you want to sell TVs in india! :D
- Dominik Kress, BPM Community Member
We had the pleasure of hosting, Matteo Stifanelli, Country Manager at TaxFix - ex Airbnb, as speaker at our recent event, and wow, did he drop some serious knowledge insights! 🚀 He brought a wealth of experience and excitement about the Italian Market. We discovered what he learned during his tenure at Airbnb, and delved into his passion for fostering community with his 'community of pirates.' Our Marketing team member, Sonya had the pleasure of interviewing him on Instagram, to find out more about his own personal growth for 2024.
Our second speaker Satyesh Jha, Director of Product at HelloFresh, delved into the world of Insight Driven Innovation, sharing invaluable guidelines on how to structure and gather key insights. From using real-life case studies to elevate underperforming product categories to highlighting the essence of core insights in problem-solving and solution-finding, Satyesh left us with some powerful takeaways. As he wisely put it, 'Product Management without insights is just a Hope & a Prayer.'
